Twelfth Night

Performed June 13, 1910 on the Grounds of the University of North Dakota

On January 3, 1910 Frederick Koch and ten others created "The Sock and Buskin Society", the University of North Dakota's first theatre producing organization.  In 1917 the name would change to "The Dakota Playmakers" and the organization would become the Department of Theatre Arts in 1971.

Twelfth Night was the premiere public performance of the Sock and Buskin Players.  The Performance was held outdoors near the site of present day Merrifield hall.
